Yesterday, I went to the town of Niigata. After I came home, I hang 14 persimmons to dry them. I can keep them longer by drying them.
Only Two Persimmons remain on the tree now

最後に、これらは干し柿になるのでしょう。実は高校生になる前、ずっと干し柿は自然にできるものだと思っていました。😵

そのまま木にならせておくと、柔らかくなって木から落ちてしまいます。また、鳥に食べられます。干し柿にするとき、皮をむきます。皮がないと、実から水分が抜けますから、固くなります。
